As the VCCC Head of People and Culture, Chris is responsible for providing quality support, advice and processes in the areas of performance and leadership development, cultural development, change management, workforce planning and recruitment, in addition to wellbeing.

With 16+ years professional human resource experience, including three years as a consultant, Chris has solid skills in both the operational and strategic delivery of human resource initiatives. She has worked across multiple sectors encompassing not-for-profit, publishing and retail with organisations such as Lonely Planet, Penguin Random House, Cancer Council Victoria, Sands Australia and Australia Pacific Airports Corporation.

Her range of experience translates into a pragmatic and people-centred approach with a firm eye on maintaining alignment with broader organisational objectives.
