Dynamic, unified effort to support the cancer workforce
The interactive forum will be moderated by Professor Grant McArthur, VCCC Executive Director – expertly supported by oncology specialists from across the VCCC and MPCCC.
Across Victoria, health professionals are rapidly developing recommendations and processes to ensure best outcomes for patients with cancer during the COVID-19 crisis. The VCCC and MPCCC are working together to table and share these initiatives, to promote implementation of the most efficient response possible.
We believe there is an opportunity for a dynamic, unified taskforce to support the cancer workforce and benefit patients across the whole of Victoria, from Melbourne to outer-metro, regional and rural areas.
The response will coordinate frontline expertise from radiation, medical, surgical oncology, nursing, general practice, palliative care and other disciplines involved in cancer care.
Share and connect with others in the cancer workforce as we unify approaches from the public and private sector across all disciplines, nursing, consumer perspectives, metro and regional Victoria.
