Qualitative Research Fundamentals: VCCC Nurse-Led Research Hub

Nurses who work within VCCC clinical member organisations are invited to attend this workshop delivered by Natasha Moloczij and Prof Mei Krishnasamy.

Nurses who work within VCCC clinical member organisations are invited to attend this workshop delivered by Natasha Moloczij and Prof Mei Krishnasamy.

This workshop will focus on understanding the different types of qualitative approaches, data collection (particularly semi-structured interviews) and qualitative analysis.

Places are limited and are open to nurses who work with patients who have cancer within VCCC member organisations:

  • The Royal Children's Hospital
  • The Royal Women's Hospital
  • The Royal Melbourne Hospital
  • Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre
  • Austin Health
  • Western Health
  • St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne

Facilitators

Natasha Moloczij and Prof Mei Krishnasamy have extensive experience in using qualitative approaches aimed at improving patient care and health service delivery. This educational event is an initiative of the VCCC Nurse-led Research Hub.

Registration

Registration is FREE and includes refreshments and a light lunch.
