Please join Helana Kelly, manager at the Australian Survivorship Centre and nurse consultants Emma Gardner and Debroah May from Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and St Vincent's Hospital, who will help patients gain a better understanding of common survivorship issues, ways to cope and stay well, resources available that help manage health and wellbeing post-treatment. Presenters will also be joined by sarcoma survivor, Natalia Dewiyani who will provide a patient perspective.

- Sarcoma survivorship care and plan
