VCCC Clinical Leadership Workshop: crossing chasms, overcoming workplace conflict

Workplaces are often plagued by conflict: interpersonal, cross-professional, and cross-functional. Conflict at work is a top source of strain for employees and leaders alike. Excellent leadership requires an understanding of how we form impressions of others, how we judge their behaviors, and the biases inherent in these processes. This allows for insight into how to unite those we lead behind a shared vision and common purpose.

This popular workshop is fully subscribed. A waitlist applies for those who wish to attend if a space becomes available. (If sufficient demand occurs on the waitlist, occasionally a repeat workshop may be scheduled).

Topics include:

  • How we see others: impression formation
  • Biases in impression formation
  • Identity and self-protection
  • Mitigating biases and forging bridges

Who should attend?

This workshop is suitable for health professionals from any discipline at any stage of their career.
