Education and Training
We are committed to supporting the continual professional development of the cancer care workforce across the alliance and beyond.
Our cancer education and training program for clinicians, researchers, and educators supports and enables a highly skilled, high calibre, sustainable workforce well positioned to meet the field's future demands.
The VCCC also has a role in educating the broader community about areas of the public interest in cancer research and clinical care.
Our objectives are:
- Be the leading national and regional centre for cancer education and training for clinicians, researchers, educators and the community.
- Create an appropriately skilled, high calibre, sustainable workforce in Victoria to meet the demands of future cancer control.
The VCCC Education and Training Hub is an online space for collated information. The Hub provides access to a range of resources including Monday Lunch Live lecture series presentations, symposia presentations and video resources.
